We aim to offer flexibility to our trainees while maintaining the operational quality of our programs. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.


1) Cancellations by the Trainee

Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is submitted relative to the official program start date:

  • 7 days or more before the start date: Eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.

  • 1 to 6 days before the start date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

  • On the start date or after: No refund is available, as the seat has been reserved and can no longer be offered to another trainee at this late stage.

How to request a cancellation:
Send an official email to [insert admissions email] including your full name and the program name.


2) Cancellations or Postponements by the Center

Bateel Al-Itqan Training Center reserves the right to postpone or cancel any program if the minimum enrollment threshold required to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning environment is not met.

If the Center cancels a program, all registered trainees will be notified and may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a 100% refund of the registration fee (no deductions), or

  • Transfer the full amount to attend the same program at a later scheduled date.
