The program is based on best practices and international standards in governance. It aims to unify oversight and regulatory efforts within the organization through an integrated system built on four key pillars: oversight, auditing, compliance, and risk management. These pillars work together to support decision-making and improve organizational performance.

The following is an explanation of each part of the program.

  • Monitor strategic and operational performance through approved performance indicators and periodic reports, and ensure adherence to policies and business ethics.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of internal control systems and conflict of interest management, and ensure the implementation of decisions and recommendations.
Section Two: Auditing
  • Providing independent and objective assurance regarding the efficiency of operations, the integrity of internal controls, and the accuracy of financial and administrative reports.
  • Implementing risk-based audit plans that encompass financial, operational, technical, and compliance aspects.
  • Reporting, following up on observations and recommendations, and contributing to fraud detection and improved organizational performance.
Section Three: Compliance
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, legislation, bylaws, internal policies, and professional standards.
  • Promoting a culture of compliance and organizational integrity through awareness campaigns, training, and whistleblowing mechanisms.
  • Monitoring and addressing non-compliance risks, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and submitting periodic compliance reports.
Section Four: Risk Management
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic, operational, financial, and technological risks within an approved framework.
