Module 3: Financial Data and Statements (5 hours)

  • Preparing the statement of changes in equity (120 minutes)

  • Presentation of disclosures according to IFRS (60 minutes)

Module 4: Adjusting Entries and Reconciliations (2 hours)

  • Double-entry and accounting records (30 minutes)

  • Preparing the trial balance (30 minutes)

  • Inventory adjustments (30 minutes)

  • Prepaid and accrued expenses and revenues (30 minutes)

Certified Financial Expert and Consultant

Certified Financial Expert and Consultant A Certified Public Accountant accredited by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami – Florida (2000) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He is also a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), a Certified Business Administrator (CBA), and an accredited Arbitrator by the Ministry of Justice specializing in financial and accounting transactions. He is an affiliate member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, a member of audit and review committees in several companies, and a consultant to charitable organizations (including the Orphan Care Association and the Suleiman Al-Rajhi Charitable Foundation). He is also a certified endowment consultant by the Saudi Judicial Scientific Society. In addition, he holds a license to practice accounting and auditing issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and has delivered numerous accredited training courses both inside and outside the Kingdom.
