Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.<\/p><hr dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"211\" data-end=\"214\"><h3 dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"251\">1) Cancellations by the Trainee<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"370\">Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is submitted relative to the official program start date:<\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"731\">\n<li data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"473\">\n<p data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"473\"><strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"415\">7 days or more before the start date:<\/strong> Eligible for a <strong data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"446\">100% refund<\/strong> of the registration fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"571\">\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"571\"><strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"514\">1 to 6 days before the start date:<\/strong> Eligible for a <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"544\">50% refund<\/strong> of the registration fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"731\">\n<p data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"605\">On the start date or after:<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"619\">No refund<\/strong> is available, as the seat has been reserved and can no longer be offered to another trainee at this late stage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"880\"><strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"767\">How to request a cancellation:<\/strong><br data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"770\">Send an official email to <strong data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"825\">[insert admissions email]<\/strong> including your <strong data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"854\">full name<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"879\">program name<\/strong>.<\/p><hr dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"885\"><h3 dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"938\">2) Cancellations or Postponements by the Center<\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1144\">Bateel Al-Itqan Training Center reserves the right to postpone or cancel any program if the minimum enrollment threshold required to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning environment is not met.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1268\">If the Center cancels a program, all registered trainees will be notified and may choose <strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1242\">one<\/strong> of the following options:<\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1432\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1347\">\n<p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1347\">Receive a <strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1297\">100% refund<\/strong> of the registration fee (no deductions), <strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1345\">or<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1432\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1432\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1378\">Transfer the full amount<\/strong> to attend the same program at a later scheduled date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We aim to offer flexibility to our trainees while maintaining the operational quality of our programs.
